The Peninsula can host only 2 guests at any one time in a beautifully restored Dutch Barn near the water's edge.  

You are just a 10 minute drive from the shopping centre of Richmond and the galleries, restaurants and cafes of the Mapua Township.   It is perfectly located for those wanting to explore the wineries and art studios of the region but still be within easy reach of facilities. 

The Peninsula operates as a small farm.  Sheep graze the pasture amongst the apple trees, ducks live on the large pond and mature fruit and nut trees surround the house.

You will see a wide range of wild birdlife at The Peninsula including many species of wading birds on the estuary and for this reason the property does not have any dogs or cats .
